Before we build.
Can an accessory building go anywhere on my property?
Location depends on setbacks, zoning, utilities, access, and other property constraints. We review the proposed site and applicable local requirements before defining a buildable scope.
Can the building be finished for year-round use?
Discuss your intended use at the start. Insulation, heating and cooling, utilities, and interior finishes can substantially change the project requirements and budget.
Do you build living quarters or rental units?
Tell us your intended use. A studio or workshop is not automatically approved as a dwelling. Any residential occupancy needs separate review of zoning, plans, utilities, and applicable requirements.
